We utilize third-party carriers including TCS, Leopards, DHL, and FedEx for our “Home-to-Nationwide” delivery model.

Liability

While we facilitate the shipping process, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect address entry by the customer.

Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
